Steve Haycock Construction Ltd is a new company with a long history of building in Warkworth, Matakana and Omaha. We started up when Brett Lewis Builders Ltd wound up following Brett's retirement in 2008. I had built with Brett for over 20 years, the last three working as Managing Director of his very successful company.

When Brett retired it seemed natural for the highly experienced team that we had built up over the years to continue on building quality homes together. Thus Steve Haycock Construction Ltd was created. We joined the Registered Master Builders to offer clients the assurance that they are dealing with a reliable, professionally run company.

Steve Haycock Construction has a strong team of skilled builders working under three very talented foremen; Mike Ingham, Phil Isted and Tom Ingham. We have a good camaraderie amongst our men and all love being involved in the building industry. We have a history of building award winning homes and want to provide you with the best possible building job we can produce.

Building your home should be an exciting and very pleasurable experience. We aim to do all we can do ensure this happens, and that the process is as stress free as we can make it. Our best advertisement is a happy client and we encourage you to contact previous clients for references.
